Banyana Banyana have made history by
winning SA's first-ever Women's Afcon. They're being
hailed as the 'Queens of Africa'. Banyana Banyana won
a hard-fought victory after beating Morocco 2-1.
They've also been named the women’s National Team
of the Year. The win has been hailed as a stepping
stone' for women's football in South Africa. We now

Mattera. They were both buried according to Muslim rites.

Standard Bank intends to re-hire workers fired

for refusing to comply with its mandatory Covid-19
vaccination policy. The policy withdrawal means that
unvaccinated staff members don’t have to take PCR tests
before entering banks premises. At least 40 of the union’s
members were fired by the bank for non-compliance. We
now speak to Moses Lekota, who is the President of bank
union Sasbo.
