ARTS: More than 100 writers have been assembled for the
25 th edition of the Time of the Writer festival presented by
the Centre for Creative Arts at the University of KZN. The
festival will largely be online except for two events. We

announced that it had approved a 9.61% tariff increase
for Eskom.
Eskom had initially applied for 20.5%.
The increase will come into effect on April 1.
