ARTS: Durban’s world renowned Phansi Ubuntu Art Museum
is undergoing digitization which will see a collection of more than
20,000 artefacts being assembled into a digital presentation. We’ll
find out more from the director of the project, Similo Gobingca.

INTERVIEW: A debate has arisen over a boy wearing a skirt at a

Cape Town school.
This has sparked a controversy on whether it’s time for pupils to be
able to wear the school uniform of their choosing.

organization that advocates for kids and teenagers that
are transgender.

The City of Tshwane continues with its #TshwaneYaTima
campaign where they go door-to-door to collect unpaid bills. Today
the Gautrain Station in Hatfield had its services cut off by the city for
nonpayment of its municipal account. Big corporates, residential
customers and even government departments have had their
services cut off due to their failure to settle utility bills. We now speak
to Selby Bokaba, City of Tshwane spokesperson.

Tensions were high outside Hoërskool Jan Viljoen in
Randfontein, Johannesburg this morning as parents stood
divided across racial lines over allegations of racism at the
school.
