INTERVIEW: Domestic workers are a step closer to being able to claim for injuries sustained on the job. The National Assembly has adopted the Compensation of Injury on Duty Amendment Bill. Diseases and post-traumatic stress disorder resulting from the workplace are also included. We now speak to Thulani Nkosi, Senior Attorney at the Socio-Economic Rights Institute.

INTERVIEW: Off-site alcohol sales will now be permitted for an extra day of the week: from Mondays to Fridays between 10am to 6pm.

Weekend sales are still prohibited, as is the consumption of alcohol in public spaces.

This was announced by President Cyril Ramaphosa last night.
