ARTS: We now speak to Ayanda Borotho who is the Executive Producer of a 13-part drama series called Nqobile. The series depicts a woman’s quest to rise above marital abuse and begin to live fearlessly.

INTERVIEW: The home of Nelson Mandela in Houghton Joburg has been converted into a boutique hotel called the Sanctuary Mandela.

Mandela hosted the likes of former US president Bill Clinton and Michelle Obama at the property.

It was later the headquarters for the Nelson Mandela Foundation.

The hotel is set to open next month. We’re joined on the line by Jerry Mabena, CEO of Motsamayi Tourism Group.

INTERVIEW: Former President Jacob Zuma has started his 15-month jail sentence at the Estcourt Correctional Centre in KZN. The facility, which opened about two years ago, consists of two units, with a capacity to accommodate 512 inmates. It also has a hospital section, training centre and maintenance workshop.
