- Vincent Rigby was a longtime member of the Canadian Civil Service, with roles at the Privy Council Office, Global Affairs Canada, and Public Safety Canada. He was most recently National Security and Intelligence Advisor to the Government of Canada from 2020 to 2021.

- Vadm (Retd) Mark Norman had a 39-year career with the Royal Canadian Navy, reaching the rank of Vice-Admiral in August 2019 //
