The Goal Post is back after a summer break, and Damien and Patrick are excited to be talking football again.

The boys start off with the CFL, diving into the unstoppable force that is the Montreal Alouettes, and the impressive success of the Ottawa RedBlacks so farthis season. Next, they analyze a major turning point for the Toronto Argonauts and discuss just how wide open the West Division is. The segment wraps up with the second edition of The Goal Post's CFL Power Rankings.
