Today I had the absolute pleasure of chatting to Billy Curtis, he is a down to earth and humble human being who is having an amazing year of running thus far and only on to greater things to come.
Me and Billy went into his past and how he came to the trail running world, but a lot of the session was around how improvement and success doesn't have to be this massive grind. When you can implement it into your life in a way that works with the grain and not against it overtime with patience and being kind to the body it becomes something so natural.
Billy has view on this that is very unique to most people I talk to in the trail world and I KNOW that it is part of the reason he has been so successful and happy in his life!
Happy Trails!
