Today’s topic is The Law of Attraction & Manifesting with the intention: I am manifesting my best self

The Law of Attraction simply put is like attracts like.  So the more negative thoughts and beliefs you have the more negativity you’ll be attracting into your life and vice versa the more positive thoughts and most importantly actions you take the more positivity you’ll attract back into your life. 

So it's one thing to think positive but I’d like us all to take it to the next level and try to remember that everything is an energy and this week we will practice vibrating at a higher frequency.  Practicing more positive thoughts & actions.  

Thoughts precede actions so both are key when manifesting or attracting.

I know this sounds weird and woo-woo, but just try this for a week and see how you feel. 

When you feel something is hard try to reframe it and find the easier way or find the positive.

When you feel yourself being negative, or mean to yourself, of losing faith or belief, check in.  See if you can narrow in where that is coming from, and find a way to change it, either grabbing for a better feeling, thought, action or belief. 

 Sometimes it is easier to think about it in the way of the movie Pay it Forward, becoming more aware of your daily actions to create kindness will bring kindness back to you. I feel like even though this movie my not seem like the law of attraction, it’s a basic way to think about making conscious kindness choices. That alone raises your vibrational frequency, putting a positive feeling out into the world and into your day. 

A quick side note if you’re really stuck in negativity in your thoughts and actions, what are all the inputs you’re allowing in your mental space?  What are you listening to? Scrolling through? Focusing on?  Remove those negative shows, unfollow those people, give the daily news a break.

Ok so back to the law of attraction and how we can practice it- if you want more love in your life how can you practice giving more love, or being more loving?  Try super simple acts of kindness.  You can let a car go ahead of you at the stop sign, you can hold a door for someone, you can call a relative to check in and say I love you.  

Taking it even deeper let us not forget about ourselves… practicing more self care rituals that are loving and kind to yourself. A nightly face wash routine, getting movement in, drinking water with a positive thought, easy ways to take care of you. 

Maybe it’s money?  Taking time to notice the money you have, allowing yourself to be open to receiving.  Taking actions and asking for more pay, more gigs, or updating that resume of all the qualifications you have and putting it on linked in.  If you find a penny on the ground, be grateful for it and notice it as a sign. Maybe donate a bag of clothing to a homeless shelter realizing it is still an exchange of energy.  Items you bought with money that you are now being kind, donating, and making space in your home for new opportunities.

Take a moment to settle in, releasing any tension in your neck, your back, your shoulders, your wrists, arms, legs, ankles, fingers and toes. Relax your forehead, unclench your jaw and take a deep breath in… and out.
