Hi everyone, my name is Cristin Powers, for those of you just tuning in I am a life, business and wellness coach.
Today’s episode I’ll be publishing both on my Meditations for Weight Loss C\hannel and The Goddess Way of Losing Weight as I have an offer I would like to share with you…Today I wanted to chat with you about my group coaching program that is currently enrolling for a Nov 1st 2024 start date. The Goddess Way of Losing Weight is a 21 day guide for women to build a foundation of success in their wellness and self care journeys. If you have been following me for a while you already know, I’ve done everything starting around age 12, from LA Weight loss, to a weight loss doctor, to weight watchers, diet pills in high school and everything in between. Finally I realized that loving myself from the inside out and caring about my mental and physical health is what brings the correct weight for me.
Notice those last few words, the correct weight for me.. We have to let go of comparing ourselves or holding ourselves to an unrealistic and unhealthy social standard of “skinny”
When we focus on our overall wellness, which is physical, mental and spiritual health, that's when we will feel our best and radiate beauty from the inside out. Health, confidence, and being in alignment is beautiful but even more than that you will feel amazing, strong, flexible, fit, and most importantly happy. I’m not all about no pain no gain, strict diets or intense workouts. I am all about finding a way that’s easy and works for you. I am a strong & fit mother of one. I focus on all natural solutions and on sustainable health that I know I can carry on well into my 80’s and hopefully 90’s. My program is for busy women, looking to put their health and wellness back on top of her to-do list. Together we will create new positive routines, rituals and habits while letting go of what’s holding us back. Grab your journal: Thinking about self care, your health and wellness… What does that look like for you? I want you to list down 10 positive action steps you take as a healthy woman that puts her self care 1st. Her mental and physical health. Wrote these as the present moment.. I am___
You can write it as if, or write it as an action, for example, I am easily the correct weight for me, I am losing weight with ease and joy, I am strong fit and healthy, I am successful, I am becoming the woman I am meant to be. I am becoming my next best self. I am confident. I am radiant, I am in alignment.

Now onto today’s meditation:
I think sometimes something that can hold us back is getting overwhelmed with the big goal.. The 20, 30, 40, 50+ pounds. Today’s meditation is to help us break it down into mini goals… I can lose 2 pounds with ease.
Breathe in breathe out
Now take a moment and settle in, make any movements you need to stretch out any tension in your body. Your back, your neck, your shoulders, your hips, legs, arms, writs, ankles and toes.
Take a deep breath in and out. Unclench your jaw, relax your forehead, close your eyes and take another deep breath in and out.
I can lose 2 pounds with ease.
I can check in at each meal and remember my intention, I can lose 2 pounds with ease. I can drink more water thought out the days, remembering my intention, I can lose 2 pounds with ease.
I can plan & create each meal with the intention I can lose 2 pounds with ease.
I can visualize myself 1 week from now, stepping on the scale and see it lowered, 2 pounds with ease.
Breathe in and out.
I am losing 2 pounds with ease. I am losing 2 pounds with joy.
I am drinking more water with ease, keeping my body hydrated.
I am letting go of foods that weigh me down.
I create balanced meals high in protein and veggies daily with ease and joy.
Take a moment to visualize yourself, this week, creating well balanced meals that keep you full, but with healthy, high protein options. See yourself checking in at each meal, noticing how hungry you are and eating the correct amount for you. See yourself choosing snacks, that are colorful and full of nutrients. See yourself easily letting go of what no longer serves you.
Breathe in and out.
Now take your time coming back into today.
Bring the intentions with you today and throughout the week… I can lose 2 pounds with ease, I am losing 2 pounds with ease and joy.

Today is A meditation for self love, body positivity and confidence.
Breathe in breathe out
Now take a moment and settle in, make any movements you need to stretch out any tension in your body. Your back, your neck, your shoulders, your hips, legs, arms, writs, ankles and toes.
Take a deep breath in and out. Unclench your jaw, relax your forehead, close your eyes and take another deep breath in and out.
I love my body.
I take care of my body.
I respect my body.
I am strong.
I am flexible.
I am positive.
I am grateful.
Breathe in and out…
I practice love, compassion and gratitude towards my body.
I make healthy choices because I love my body.
I am grateful for the body I have to enjoy this life gifted to me. I treat my body and mind with love. I am practicing positive self talk and positive self care.
See yourself just up ahead in time… taking care of yourself. Taking care of you with all the love and respect you deserve. You are amazing, you are strong, you are confident, you are loving and compassionate. Feel all the wonderful feelings of finally taking care of you. Believe in yourself. Know that right now you are everything you are meant to be… you are ready to nurture, nourish and take care of you.
See yourself getting and feeling stronger every day.
See yourself letting go of what is no longer serving you, your negative self thought is being replaced with positive self talk. You’re letting go of habits that are holding you back, and replacing them with new, positive, healthy, uplifting ones.
Loving and taking great care of your body. Feeding it positive thoughts, and nutritious meals.
Loving your body by stretching and moving.
Loving your body working on balance in your body and life and soul.
Breathe in breathe out.
I love my body.
I am grateful for my body.
Take your time and imagine yourself, taking care of yourself. With everything you got now. The time is now. I am ready to take care of myself.
I am ready to take care of my body, home and mind.
I am ready to treat myself with the love I deserve.
Breathe in and out…
Take your time coming back into the present moment. Back into today. Bring the feelings of love and gratitude into your day today and throughout the rest of the week.

A meditation for wellness & weight loss - I am choosing to be the next best version of me.

I am healthy, happy and at peace.
I am at peace with food and my relationship with food. I now know food is made to nourish and fuel my body. I choose healthy meals with ease and joy.
I easily check in before each meal, tuning into what my body actually wants and needs to nourish it, give me energy and help me towards my wellness goals.
I am committed to my health.
I can visualize myself 1 month ahead in time, a little bit slimmer, strong, more flexible. I can see myself calm, happy and at ease. I can see myself grounded, grateful, balanced. I can see myself on my path of emotional, spiritual and physical alignment. All that I dream of is easily coming my way.
I see myself easily letting go of all that does not serve me. Replacing unsupportive habits with new, positive, supporting ones. Habits and rituals that support your wellness journey to becoming the next best version of you… healthier, happier, stronger & calm.
Breathe.
I am stepping into the next best version of me.
I put my health and self care 1st.
Putting my needs first helps me to be better in all areas in my life.
In my career, home, family and relationships.
I believe in myself.
It is possible for others, so it is possible for me.
