Hey everyone this is Cristin and this is episode 13.
This week's intention is- I am on the path that’s meant for me.
When you’re practicing change, improvement, growth and transformation it can seem counterintuitive to recognize you’re on the right path. Trust that you are here. This is the path meant for you.
If you’ve been following this podcast for the last 12 weeks, that to me is huge. You’re practicing more acts of self care and love. Just taking a few minutes to ourselves each day can have such a positive effect in our lives.
Take out your journal to check in and give yourself credit and gratitude for how far you’ve come. What are you grateful for in your life today?
What about in some areas that you’re inviting change.. Like for instance if you’re trying to change your career path or something around work-
What are all the things you’re grateful for around your current job?What are you grateful for that you have done or experienced along the way?
If you’re trying to create healthy changes with your body, what are you grateful for about your body now? All the places your legs have taken you? The strength you have to carry all the loads you carry each daily. The eye you have to see and the ears you have to listen to this.
Take the time to sit, think and be grateful.
Now on to our guided meditation:
Take a deep breath in and out….
Take a moment to settle in, releasing any tension in your neck, your back, your shoulders, your wrists, arms, legs, ankles, fingers and toes. Relax your forehead, unclench your jaw and take a deep breath in… and out.
I am on the path that’s meant for me. I am exactly where I need to be.
I am practicing small acts of self care each day.
I am practicing taking my time, we are not in a rush.
I am grateful for how far I’ve come. I am grateful for all that I have.
I am grateful for what’s coming my way.
Breathe in and out.
I feel calm.
I feel trusting.
I feel balanced.
I am open to receiving what is meant for me.
As you sit here, envision a loving, kind and positive energy surrounding you, filling your soul with joy. You can sense it as a feeling or even visualize it as light. Color of your choice… maybe it’s white, maybe it's light purple, or pink. It’s a color that feels amazing for you. A calm light blue or an earthy green. It’s your aurora. Don’t judge it, just feel it and see it if you’d like.
This light and this feeling is gratitude, peace, trust. It’s joy, it’s love.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Take your time going back to the present moment.
Practicing these feelings throughout your day when you make choices big and small. We don’t have to wait until x to feel y. Feeling the feelings now, will help us stay on the path that’s right for us. It will attract more of what’s meant to be. Peace, love, joy and gratitude.
