I am self correcting with ease

Hi Everyone this is Cristin and this is episode 14. The intention for this week is I am self-correcting with ease. 

We’re on week 14 of this goddess journey… it’s around the time old patterns might be popping up, self doubt may be sneaking in and /or  a slew of other things that can derail us from our aligned paths.  

This week is all about making space to rest your mind, breathe, dream and write. 

Back to the basics, what do you want?  What do you really want? Be raw, be honest.  What do you dream of? 

Where do you feel like you easily fall off track?  How can you self correct, how can you self regulate how can you come back to the path of your higher self?

Take a moment to breathe, reset, & invite ease and dream.  Write it down.  Get clear and be honest with yourself.  Go back to those core desired feelings.  How do you want to feel?  Write them all down and then maybe pick your top 3. DO you want to feel healthy, fit and strong?  Maybe you want to feel rested. Maybe it’s confidence.  Or balanced, stable or safe.  Play around with the feelings you enjoy and crave. 

Looking at your top 3, what is one thing you can do to help you feel one or more of those feelings? 

Meditation

Take a moment to settle in.. taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out releasing any tention in your body.  Maybe rolling your neck from side to side, stething out your back, arm and shoulders. Wiggling out your legs and hips, maybe flexing your feet, shaking out your wrists and wiggling your fingers.  Whatever movements feel best for you. 

Close your eyes, unclench your jaw, relax your forehead and take another deep breath in and out. 

I am self correcting with ease

I am bringing myself back to my path of least resistance. 

I believe in myself.

I breathe in love…

I breathe out love

As thoughts come and go I remember who I am, what makes me feel good and know that my dreams can come true, and that they are coming true. 

I breathe in love

I Breathe out gratitude. 

When I feel out of alignment I come back here to sit, dream and create space for my spirit and mind. 

I remind myself, I can, I will, I am. 

I breathe in love and I breathe out gratitude. 

I love you, you can do anything. 

I believe in you. 

You are meant for great things. 

I breathe in love and I breathe out gratitude. 

I am resetting, I am regulating, I am self correcting. 

I love you, you can do anything.

I give myself grace. 

It’s ok to fall off path, or to feel unbalanced, out of whack, out of alignment.  

I know I can come back to the practice of breathing in love and breathing out gratitude. 

Take the next few moments to yourself to make the space to dream & to believe in yourself. Notice what you are grateful for, including this very moment. When the music ends take your time, opening your eyes, coming back to the present moment.
