Episode 18

I have the power to change.

Hi everyone this is Cristin and this is episode 18.  Thank you so much for tuning into the Goddess Way of Living, I took 2 the last 2 weeks of recording off, as I was on vacation with my family in the beautiful Cape May NJ.  We are from PA so the Jersey Shore is the closest beach and Cape May is our favorite area. If you are listening to this in real time, I hope you all are enjoying your summer as well. 

This week’s intention is: I have the power to change. If you have been listening for a while, you know that each week is a stepping stone to the next.  Around this time in the journey I like to take the next big step.  Whatever that is for you.  Take out your journal and continue to get clear on your dreams and write down some big changes you’d like to make or see in your life.  Who do you want to be?  How do you want to feel?  What feels most like you being you. 

You know what you have to do, and now is the time to do it.  You have big dreams and they can and will come true as long as you are taking inspired action.  Think back on the earlier episodes - even episode 1- I am ready to change.  We made small changes together, from drinking water in the morning, to using a different coffee cup, or taking a different way home from work, just anything really to shake up our routines.  If you feel off track with some of your healthy changes now is the time to jump back on.  

Do what you need to do to be healthy mentally, physically, spiritually, financially and relationshiply.  I know it’s not a word, but our relationships with friends and family are also an important piece of the wellbeing puzzle. 

Believe in yourself.  You have the power to change and this week is the week to do so.  Take that one inspired action you’ve been wanting to take.  You got this. 

And now onto our meditation….

Take a moment to settle in, release any tension throughout your body, stretching, breathing and letting go. 

Release any tension in your neck, your back, your shoulders, arms, legs, wrist, ankles, fingers and toes. Close your eyes, unclench your jaw, relax your forehead and take a deep breath in and out. 

I have the power to change

I believe in myself.

I am worthy. 

I am capable. 

Other people's thoughts and opinions have nothing to do with me.  I am on my own path. The only one that has to believe in me, is me.

I create change with ease and joy. 

I know the steps I need to take and I want to take them. 

I am excited to make healthy changes in my life to bring me closer to my dreams. 

Breath in and out. 

I have the power to change. 

I am making changes each day, week, month and year. 

Now take time to visualize… take your time visualizing the next few intentions and feeling them

I see myself happy…

I see myself healthy…. 

I see myself safe, successful, stable

I see my beauty radiating from the inside out. 

I see myself able to move with ease, flexibility & strength…

I see myself in wonderful supporting relationships..

I see myself spiritually connected

I see myself living my dream life…..

Breathe in and breathe out. 

Take your time to continue to visualize your dream, your health, happiness, success and freedom. Wrap it all up with love and belief.

When you’re ready come back to today, maybe bringing some movement back to your body in a way that feels good for you.  Giving yourself and this moment a nod of gratitude.
