The Goddess Way of Living; Episode 20: I am creating and achieving goals w/ ease

We’ve been dreaming, manifesting, taking inspired action and being open to mindfulness and The Law of Attraction.  Today we are taking bigger steps, by creating and achieving goals that feel good to you. 

Traditionally goal setting, may seem hard, or no pain no gain, or doing what you think you SHOULD be doing rather than what you want to be doing. I want us to create goals that feel good to ourselves individually;  Knowing that it is possible to create and achieve goals with ease.  

I want us to take a moment to think about and write down some goals, dreams, hopes and desires-  a release or brain dump if you will, of goals you want to achieve, or things you want, or actions you want to take.  Maybe it's a set number in your bank account or scale, or pants size.  Maybe it's the feelings you have been craving, like feelings healthy, organized, financially free, calm, peaceful, or loved.   Maybe it’s the way you want your house to be or a dream house you have in mind. Release all your wants on paper. Big or small.  Maybe it is a promotion, starting a new business or starting a family.  Write them all down…

Then looking at all these hopes, dreams and desires, let’s create some tangible goals around them.

Write down 1-3 general goals you have… with the end in mind. Then write 3 goals you will do daily this week. 

For instance I am working on my self care.  With the end in mind, I want to feel better in my clothes, I want to feel amazing by the holidays and I want to be and feel the healthiest version of myself.  I’ve had a lot of ebb and flow in health and wellness, and that’s ok.  That is life.  But my goal is to get myself back on track. 

This week my goals are to drink more water, take my vitamins and walk 3 miles a day.

Once I get these habits back in place, and part of my routine, I’ll continue to add, create or change my goals each week.  If by next week you are not ready to move forward or change your goals, continue to work on the same 3.  The point is to continue to work on 3 goals until they become a new habit or routine, or something you achieved and checked off your list. 

If you are ready to really transform and want to work on multiple areas, that's’ great. It’s important to keep the goals, to things that feel good and right for you.  You want to make sure they are achievable and if challenges arise, you are excited and prepared to work through them. If you believe you will achieve. 

If on the other hand you are feeling stuck and overwhelmed. Just work on 1 goal each day this week.  It can be as simple as getting up earlier, having a morning or even ritual, or what I feel like is the most beneficial getting mindful movement outside.  Connecting with the earth, taking a walk and breathing. 

Now on to today’s mediation: 

Take a moment to settle in.  Release any tension you may be feeling in your body.  In your neck, your back, your shoulders and arms, your hips, legs, fingers and toes.   Unclench your jaw, relax your forehead and take a deep breath in and out. 

I am creating goals with ease

I am creating goals that feel good to me.

I am creating goals that will manifest big dreams over time

As I dream about my life, goals come easily to me.  As the days and weeks pass by I have accomplished so many things that I desired and have new healthy habits in place. 

I focus on my self care with ease.  

I am present in my relationships. 

I set boundaries to help me hold the space for my dreams to come true. 

I am achieving my goals with ease

I am becoming healthier

I am becoming happier

I am becoming more mindful each day, more grateful in each moment. 

I am making more space for my goals, hopes, dreams and desires. 

I am getting clear with my goals. 

I am doing what's right for me. 

I am trying new things or new ways of achieving to feel what’s right for me.  I know its ok to pivot or change my mind. 

Take a moment to visualize what it is you want to manifest, something that feels really right for you.
