Friendships and relationships, though rewarding, can often be challenging and require a lot of work. It's important to make sure we give as much as we take. But how do you know if you're giving enough or too much? How long do you continue to give if the other party isn't giving anything in return. We all feel this way from time to time, but there are many resources to help us through tough times like these, we just have to know where to look.
