Communicating with others in our lives can be challenging, whether it's with a significant other, a friend, a co-worker, or a complete stranger. Most of us, even those of us who are perfect, struggle with communicating with others even if we don't realize it. The best thing we can do is acknowledge that we aren't actually perfect and that we all need to make adjustments and changes to be able to effectively communicate with people in our lives, and just keep trying our best.
