It's the relaunch of the popular GOGCast from GOG triathlon with your hosts John & Michelle Farrell . This is the intro podcast to start the new series.

We explain who we are and introduce the GOGCast format to the listeners. We tell you all about GOG Triathlon and how big the club is. We explain that we are Welsh Super series Winners and have the #bestkitinwales. The club is for everyone and is a community based club catering for beginners to experienced Triathletes and doesn't only cover Triathlon. We have Ultra Runners, Cross Country runners, Swimmers, Cyclists, Marathoners and fun runners as well as those that take part in all sorts of distances.
