How do you build a six-figure business without spending a dollar on advertising?

One job became another, referrals started coming in, and Paul says the company finished its first year with roughly $270,000 in revenue, without paid marketing. Today, CM Junk & Demo Services has multiple trailers, a growing team, and is increasingly taking on high-end demolition projects throughout South Florida.

But the business story is only part of this conversation.

Paul opens up about addiction, homelessness, walking away from a high-paying union career, rebuilding his life, fatherhood, faith, marriage, and the mindset that allows him to sell opportunities first and figure out the solution afterward.
