For Episode 28 had to get my dawg Marika on the show. If you have ever been to a show in Boston in the last 5 years, chances are you've seen her there holding her camera taking mad freshies. She's been around the block and there is no one with a better perspective on the current state of Boston Music and it's growth from when she started taking pictures. She knows everything, and has seen everything (so has her camera). Marika is probably one of the first people I met in the entire scene. This one was long! We chop it up about photography (obviously), the shift in Boston Music, what it's going to take for an artist to break out, competition in photography, and her favorites in Boston Right Now. Episode 27 was a special episode because I called up Hec and told him we have to take the operation to another part of town. We shot over to IV Boston and linked up with Sean, otherwise known as "@boston_milk", so he could let us in on what's been going on in his camp. For those who don't know IV Boston (pronounced "For Boston"), is a streetwear brand Sean started up himself a little over 3 years ago and since then you seen the brand everywhere. TONS of Artists, Celtics Players, PATS Players, Red Sox Players rock his swag. True Boston Hustle! We chopped it up about streetwear, his real GRIND, Boston as a city, Barstool Sports stealing his design and what he has coming up, run it up for my dawg!

Nobody better to kick off the season than with my absolute guy MyCompiledThoughts. After going big Hollywood on me the first time I tried to have him pull up, it was only inevitable that my guy came up once we started recording out of Phoenix Down (Thoughts is an intern at the stu). Thoughts is not the traditional artist we've had up on the show. Off rip, dude sounds like Childish Gambino and is also an amazing producer. Somewhat Bias, but Thoughts makes some of the best Music out of the city and it's going to be dope to see him grow. We chop it up about being emotional, veganism, his music, humanity, and masculinity. Definitely one of my favorite podcasts yet, run it up for my dawg!

On Episode #3 of Season 2 (#23)(number inception), we had Kiki D. pull up to the show. For those of you unfamiliar with Kiki, she's an artist from Roxbury that currently attends American University. We also had to get Big Vortex to come through to host it for old times sakes, what an amazing guy. She notes she's just starting out with a lot of her ventures but her ambition was something I noticed off rip at the Middle East Show this summer.
