Have you ever lost something that was precious to you? Have you ever been in a situation when you felt abandoned and rejected?

There was a certain man in the bible, his name was Job. He loved God with all his heart. God loved him so much, and never took His eyes off him for a second. Job lost all he had. Everything. Yet God was with him.

Often times, when we go through tough times, we feel forgotten and abandoned. But can God ever forget us? No, never.

Saul never would have imagined himself as a soul winner for Christ, but when he had his encounter with the one whom he persecuted, he found himself doing the very thing that he had been fighting against, winning souls for God.

If God can use Saul (who later became Paul), then He can use anyone.

Today, we are reminded that our God is a good God who restores us back to Himself, even when we do not feel worthy of it.

One of the tricks of the enemy is to keep you staunched with the idea that God is angry with you because we could not meet up with an instruction or an assignment. But God does not deal with us according to our shortcomings. He knows that we are mere mortals, and He is always willing to help us, if we reach out to Him.
