The Good Schmidt Podcast

I kicked off season 2 of the Good Schmidt Podcast discussing music! Ranking musical albums will be the focus of this podcast going forward. I ranked all 6 of Ariana Grande's studio albums. Also, happy 10th anniversary to her first album Yours Truly:)

I began this episode discussing the Kansas City Chief's victory over the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl 57. I transition to talking about the trades that went down before and on NBA trade deadline day. There was a lot that happened, so listen closely!

I went 0 for 2 on my conference championship game predictions, that's a bummer. I discussed the result of the AFC and NFC championship games. Later, I discussed the upcoming Super Bowl LVII match-up between the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs.

I discuss the divisional round NFL playoff games from this past week. Then, I preview and predict the AFC and NFC championship games.

I discuss the NFL super wildcard weekend playoff games. Later in the episode I talk about the 4 divisional round games and give my predictions.

In this episode of the pod I start by giving a brief recap of the 2022 regular season. Then, I dive into my super wild card weekend predictions. I wrap up the episode by picking the AFC and NFC winner and super bowl winner.

I am joined by my buddy Jake again for this episode where we recap the Milwaukee Brewers season and we talk postseason baseball.

Jake and I discussed the Major League Baseball playoff races in the American League and National League. With 12 games left in the season, it should be an exciting chase to the finish for teams fighting for playoff spots such as the Brewers, Phillies and Padres. We also gave some tentative playoff predictions based on how the standings look now as of the morning of Friday, September 23th.

Jake Egloff and I discuss the upcoming Green Bay Packers football season. We go through the Packers schedule and predict the games. Jake discusses transactions the Packers made this off-season. I discussed the Packers draft selections from this years' draft. Then, we discussed players to watch on the offensive and defensive sides of the ball.
