In this episode, Inspector Seagoon is called upon to investigate a body found in a dustbin, only to discover that the corpse is alive. The Commissioner instructs Seagoon to produce another murder victim, leading him to visit Crun & Co. Ltd., licensed Clue Manufacturers, who are, as always, no help whatsoever.
