In this episode, the story opens at the bottom of Mount Snowdon in a little Welsh village. One bitter winter night, a terror-stricken madman runs down the mountain, claiming that a monster is on the loose. Neddie Seagoon is tasked with capturing the monster, especially since there's a five-pound reward. With the help of Moriarty, Grytpype-Thynne, and Major Bloodnok, Seagoon embarks on a comedic and chaotic journey to find the monster.
