There’s much to discuss, ranging from the source material (did anyone know there was a book from the seventies?), to who was almost cast as our beloved heroine Julie James (rhymes with Creesed Fitherscoons), the sequels, and obviously, we talk a little about the upcoming film and what we’re expecting from it. Yup — it’s real. It’s called Return of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1994) (aka The Next Generation) and it’s the fever dream of the franchise: chaotic, campy, and completely unhinged.

We’re talking Leatherface in full drag, McConaughey with a robot leg, government conspiracies, and Renée running for her life in a prom dress. 🎀🪓

No wonder the stars tried to hide it for years — but now that it’s become a cult fave, we totally get why they’ve come around.

We watched the director’s cut (because, duh 😌) and we’re ready to slash it open. So grab your lipstick, rev that chainsaw, and join us as we dive into one of the wildest horror sequels of the ’90s.

We’re goin’ to Texas, y’all… and we’re never coming back the same. 💋🔥
