  • "When I'm weak, then I'm strong?"

What are your thoughts on ADHD? Sometimes, I don't feel like Jesus lives in me. How does the teaching on Paul's thorn in the flesh relate to us practically today? Did Jesus really go to Hell for three days? When does the new heaven and new Earth happen? What happens to the old?

  • Fragrant Faith: Spreading the Aroma of Christ - Part 7
What if God's Power Shines Most When You Stop Pretending?

We love to look good, sound smart, and act like we've got our spiritual act together. But Paul? He had a chip on his shoulder, a thorn in the flesh, and zero interest in impressing anyone. And yet—the power of God flowed through him.

Why? Because it wasn't about Paul. Not slick words, clever debates, flawless presentations, or religious performance. It was about Jesus.

Your weakness, your mess-ups, your "I don't got this" moments? That's where God's power shines brightest.

People aren't repelled by transparency—they're drawn to it. Christ in you, living in the midst of the mess, is your true source of impact.

Stop pretending. Stop flexing. Stop trying to earn applause. Watch the message and see God's grace do the heavy lifting!

Discussion Questions for 2 Corinthians 11-13:
    1. Why does Paul spend so much time "boasting" about his sufferings and weaknesses in chapter 11? What point is he making?
    2. In 2 Corinthians 12:2–4, Paul mentions being "caught up to the third heaven." What does this mean, and what might Paul have experienced or seen there?
    3. Why do you think Paul refers to himself in the third person when describing this heavenly vision? What does this tell us about Paul and his purpose in sharing it?
    4. What do you think Paul's "thorn in the flesh" might have been? Why do you think God allowed it to remain?
    5. Read verse 9. What does it mean for God's grace to be sufficient for you? How can you practically "boast in weakness" so that Christ's power may rest on you?
    6. Read verse 10. Reflect on this paradox: "When I am weak, then I am strong." What does this look like in real life? Can you think of a time when God's strength showed most clearly through your weakness?
    7. Read 13:5. What is the true test of salvation according to this passage? How does that differ from assessing our works or inspecting our fruit?

  • "Where do the nasty thoughts come from?"

Jesus said not to judge, but then God judges us? And shouldn't we make "judgment calls"? Can Satan read our minds? If not, then how are we always getting sinful thoughts in our heads? Why do so many Christian parents allow their children to participate in Halloween with costumes and trick-or-treating? Is it right or wrong?

  • "I slept with a friend. Do I miss Heaven now?"

I have so much guilt and regret over how I treated people during my lifetime. How can I find relief? The Ten Commandments says "no other gods before Me" yet we worship and pray to Jesus. Isn't that a contradiction? I lost my husband and then became physical with another man. Does this mean I lose my salvation and miss out on Heaven?

  • "A polygraph for pastors?!"

Should all pastors have a truth-checker displayed behind them while they preach? I left the church when I became an adult. How do I get back to God? Do you think Eve recognized the voice of Satan? Thank you for the "All or Nothing" podcast series!

  • "Confess? Repent? Ask forgiveness? I need clarity!"

Do we need to confess every sin to God? To be more forgiven? If not, then how about just agreeing with Him? Are the mustard seed and the tree in Matthew 13 about church denominations today? What does it mean to be "born of the Spirit"? Do we have to be persecuted in order to be proven as real believers? Which Bible version do you recommend?

Are You Being Built Up—or Just Impressed?

Some churches could win awards for production value. Smoke machines, light shows, maybe even a horse or a Harley down the center aisle. But when you hit the parking lot, what are you really left with? Goosebumps or the Gospel?

The Apostle Paul wasn't chasing applause or followers. He wasn't trying to wow the crowd. He was building believers up in Christ. Big difference.

The real battle isn't in the pews. It's in the mind! That's where truth meets deception, and where God's grace pushes back against every lie that says you're not enough in Him.

Check out this message from our Fragrant Faith series and see how the truth of the Gospel becomes your spiritual firewall—helping you discern the difference between flashy pizzazz, false ideas, and the real power of Christ's finished work.

Discussion Questions for 2 Corinthians 10-11:
    1. What are some "earthly weapons" people rely on today, and how do they differ from the spiritual weapons Paul describes?
    2. How do we practically "take every thought captive"? What does that look like in a day-to-day mental battle?
    3. When have you seen someone use their leadership position to build others up rather than tear them down?
    4. Why do we often fall into the trap of comparing ourselves to others in life (or ministry), and what exactly can shift our focus back to God's unique calling for us?
    5. What does it mean to be "betrothed to Christ"? How does that shape our daily choices and loyalties?
    6. In what ways do "false apostles" or modern spiritual distractions pull believers away from the simplicity of Christ today?
    7. How can we discern the difference between charisma that may draw larger crowds and genuine Christ-centered power in teaching today?

  • "I feel guilty for not doing more…"

What is the real point of "where two or more are gathered"? I wonder if God is convicting me about how I spend my free time. Should I be more devoted to Him? My brother passed away, and I don't really understand whether he was with God right after his death, or waiting for his body, or what?
