There is a kind of medicine that cannot be prescribed. It lives in the space between women when they gather with open hearts and shared intention.
Women’s retreats remove the noise of daily life and create a safe space for deep healing, spiritual growth, and sisterhood. When you step into that kind of container, you speed up the inner work that could take years on your own. From the triple goddess energy of maiden, mother, and crone to the way women naturally move together as equals, this conversation looks at what happens when women gather in ceremony, vulnerability, and collective purpose.
☽ I TALK ABOUT:
Why women’s retreats accelerate personal growth and self-healing
How stepping away from daily life supports deep emotional clarity
How to reconnect with your intuition in a held space
The power of feminine energy and collective healing
Women supporting women without comparison or judgment
The connection between feminine cycles, nature, and identity
Maiden, mother, crone and the evolution of a woman
Why community is essential for healing and transformation
The experience of building something together in a women’s circle

You know that feeling when you really want to trust yourself, but something keeps getting in the way? The second-guessing creeps in, the overthinking gets loud, and suddenly you’re looking everywhere else for answers you already carry within you. This is where self-trust begins.
I talk about those moments when you’re unsure and start second-guessing yourself. While your mind is buzzing, your intuition is still there, quietly trying to guide you. I’ll walk you through how to trust your gut, build self-trust in your everyday life, and really listen to that inner voice instead of letting fear take control.

How to build self-trust step by step
The difference between fear and intuition
Simple ways to listen to your inner voice
Why self-trust grows through small decisions
How to feel calmer, clearer, and grounded

The spring equinox is the moment when day and night are equal. It marks the shift from the inward season of Winter into the new life of Spring. In the Northern Hemisphere, this turning point arrives around March 20, 2026, which is also the beginning of Aries season.
The Spring Equinox is one of the 4 major points in the Wheel of the Year, with the other 4 points being cross-quarter celebrations.
As we move from Winter to Spring, the goddess story of Persephone and Demeter guide us. A reminder that Winter is a time in which we are turned inward, and growth is quiet and steady, with bouts of grief and sadness; and Spring is the emergence of life, the sun shining, and blossoming of all that is around us.
This cycle also mirrors the rhythms within our own bodies as women, and energy to work with as you move between seasons.
☽ I TALK ABOUT:
What the spring equinox is and why day and night are equal
How the spring equinox connects to women’s menstrual cycles
Ostara symbols like eggs, flowers, birds, and bees represent growth, fertility and rebirth
The story of Persephone and Demeter and the cycle of seasons
The 2026 Aries season will be bold and action forward with no slowing in sight
The Pisces New Moon landing before the Spring Equinox

Self-awareness is a turning point on the path back to your intuition. After a period of self-reflection and shadow work, many women begin to notice their emotional triggers, their reactions, and the patterns that once felt automatic.
Building self-awareness helps you move out of the fight or flight response and into a calmer state. From there, you can process emotions, listen to your body, and begin trusting your intuition again.
This stage invites you to slow down. Instead of reacting right away, you create space to notice what is happening inside you. That pause helps the nervous system settle and makes it easier to respond from a steady place rather than from old wounds.
As you observe your thoughts, emotions, and body signals, trust in your intuition begins to grow. When you listen to those small inner cues, you reconnect with a deeper wisdom that has always been there.

At some point, I had to stop looking outside of myself and start looking within.
This episode is about the shadow and shadow work. The parts of you that were pushed down, dismissed, or made to feel unsafe. I explain what shadow work means and how these hidden parts often begin forming in early childhood, around six or seven years old.
I share how I learned to link love with achievement and how I buried my emotional sensitivity to feel accepted. Those repressed parts did not disappear. They moved into the background and quietly drove my choices.
When we hide parts of ourselves, we start to feel disconnected. Life can feel dull, like something is missing. Shadow work is about bringing those fragmented pieces of our soul back together so that we can live fully and authentically. Our shadow often holds the parts of us that are most true and powerful. So we don’t run from the darkness because it is an integral and necessary season, just as is Winter, that we must move through to come home to our light. It is a place where real healing begins, a gestation point that is nurtured by the darkness of the feminine womb.
☽ I TALK ABOUT:
What shadow work is and why it matters
Carl Jung and the psychology of the shadow
How childhood wounds shape our unconscious patterns
The connection between self-worth and emotional repression
Soul fragmentation, Shamanic soul retrieval, and coming back to wholeness
Dark feminine energy and the power of Winter and the void
Astrology as a tool for self-reflection

In this second episode, I share what was revealed to me during the pandemic.
Life slowed down. The noise faded. And I could no longer ignore the feeling that my career did not fit who I truly was. I talk about the moment I realized how drained I felt practicing law and how reading Untamed by Glennon Doyle helped me see how much of my life had been shaped by wanting approval from my family and the outside world.
I open up about discovering my sensitivity, reconnecting with meditation, and slowly trusting my intuition. This is the chapter where my inner world changed long before my outer world did.
This conversation is about becoming aware. It is about noticing where we learned to silence our intuition. And it is about learning to choose differently, with compassion instead of shame.
This is part two of my story. For the first part, go and listen to the previous episode 🤍

In this first episode, I take you back to 2017. The year I became a mother and unknowingly also began my inner healing journey and intuitive awakening.
At the time, I was a practicing attorney, living the corporate life. I knew how to perform, achieve, and meet the expectations of others because I had acquired a ‘good girl’ identity to feel loved and seen as a child. In ways I did not expect, motherhood disrupted my subconscious beliefs around this identity, my self-worth and receiving unconditional love.
I share what it was like to grow up in a family rooted in logic and law, to build a career in that same world, and then to feel everything unravel after becoming a mother. I speak honestly about postpartum anxiety, perfectionism, and the deep fear that I was failing at something that mattered most to me - motherhood.
This episode is about the moment that my high achieving good girl identity stopped working. It is about the early cracks in control and my perfectionist view of life. It is about the quiet beginning of returning to my intuition and my most authentic self.
We also touch on my first meditation experience that started the deepening of my intuition and shifting how I viewed life.
This is part one of my story.
