You have to find YOUR people; in ALL areas of life. Your spouse, friends, coach, CPA, business partner etc.
Not every CPA will be for you. Just like not every coach will be for you. Just like not every man will be for you. If you’re quick to settle, you’ll be quick to lose; time, money & energy.
Slow down, take your time, LEARN through past experiences & make better decisions moving forward if the decisions you’ve already made have not given you the outcomes you want.

I have anger issues. Bet y’all didn’t know.
Anger is a real thing. It’s an uncontrollable reaction to your environment & the only thing in your control is your environment.
Controlling your environment buys you time to do the internal work needed to heal the root cause of your anger.
Here’s my experience with anger. I hope my stories help you relate & gain control over your anger.
I also hope my stories bring awareness to you if you;re THAT woman who has the ability to trigger someone’s anger.
Both of these women are highly powerful. Know which one you are & know neither are the better woman.

What gives you energy? What takes your energy?
Beyond surface level: food & sleep. Coffee & energy drinks. Weekends & vacations.
Look at everything you do daily & weekly. Every person you talk to & associate with. Every event you attend & appointment you make. Every single thing you watch, listen & read will either give you energy or take your energy.

There are narcissistic people EVERYWHERE & there’s a damn good chance some of your closest friends are narcissist.
Even if these people just have a few narcissistic traits OR only have one trait narcissistic trait every now & then, they’re holding you back from becoming the woman you want to become.
One red flag you have narcissistic people around you is the feeling of staggnacy.
If you feel like you’re still in the same place you were last year or even 6 months ago, in ANY AREA OF LIFE, look at the 5 cloest people to you.
If any of these people have one or all traits of a narcissistic, eliminate them from your life so you can change your life.

Don’t mistake focus for fear or discipline for desperate.
This is the biggest mistake I see in the bikini world, in the general diet world TBH.
I challenge you to check yourself; check your reasons &/or excuses to do what you do.
Then build boundaries so you’re not a victim of your own lies.
