The Great Search - Tapes & Tubes, oh my!

Today we were tasked with finding some MAX31856 chips. We had a reel on order from Digi-Key but it hadn't shipped yet and we're almost out of chips. After a little investigation I found that the tubed version is in stock, but not the taped. Now, our pick and place doesn't like tubes at all, but we can get the parts taped!
