Story Transcript:

Cy: Roedd awyr y gwanwyn yn glir dros Eryri, a'r glaswellt yn wyrdd golau dan olau'r prynhawn.
En: The spring sky was clear over Eryri, and the grass was light green under the afternoon light.

Cy: Gerllaw, roedd fferm Gareth yn siffrwd â chanu'r nant, a'r defaid yn pori'n bwyllog ar lethrau tirlenwi.
En: Nearby, Gareth's farm whispered with the song of the stream, and the sheep grazed calmly on the sloping pasture.

Cy: Roedd popeth yn dawel a threfnus, nes i sŵn dadoli o gyfeiriad y cae fod yn arwydd drwg.
En: Everything was peaceful and orderly, until a sound of commotion from the direction of the field was a bad omen.

Cy: Gareth oedd yn ofalus dros ben gyda'i fferm.
En: Gareth was extremely careful with his farm.

Cy: Roedd yn ymfalchïo yn ei ardd lysiau hardd.
En: He took pride in his beautiful vegetable garden.

Cy: Ond y diwrnod yma, roedd pethau'n cymryd tro annisgwyl.
En: But on this day, things took an unexpected turn.

Cy: Roedd y drws clwyd wedi cael ei adael yn ysgafn ar agor, a defaid craff yn gweld cyfle.
En: The barn door had been left ajar, and the clever sheep saw an opportunity.

Cy: Cyn pen dim, roedden nhw wedi dianc ac yn heidio i'r ardd lysiau.
En: Before long, they had escaped and flocked to the vegetable garden.

Cy: "Laur lai, roedd y defaid i gyd tyllu eu heh, yn Tynnu!
En: "In no time, all the sheep were rooting around, pulling!"

Cy: "Gwelodd Carys, y cymdoges digrif a thawel Gareth, a daeth heibio i weld beth oedd y pwnc cyfan.
En: Carys, Gareth's funny and quiet neighbor, saw and came by to see what all the fuss was about.

Cy: Roedd defaid fel arfer yn well eu gwynt, ond roedd y llysiadau hyn like cynhesach.
En: Sheep were usually of better mind, but these vegetables seemed warmer.

Cy: Cyrhaeddodd Carys gydag ysgafnder arferol ei cherddedi i ffwrdd gan ä Gareth yn eu holwg.
En: Carys arrived with her usual lightness of step, with Gareth in their sight.

Cy: "Beth tybed sy' 'ma, Gareth?
En: "What do you think's going on here, Gareth?"

Cy: ""Wel," meddai Gareth, yn edrych yn flin, "mae'r defaid 'di mynd at yr ardd lysiau.
En: "Well," said Gareth, looking annoyed, "the sheep have gone into the vegetable garden.

Cy: Rhaid i ni wneud rhywbeth.
En: We must do something."

Cy: "Roedd Carys yn gwenu'n sly ac yn chwilota am ffynnon gobeithio she's could helpu.
En: Carys smiled slyly and was rummaging around, hoping she could help.

Cy: "Yn dy Toys panel lady drwy peth cerig bé yon frân.
En: "There are some pebbles down by the stream."

Cy: "Bu ganddi syniad.
En: She had an idea.

Cy: "Beth am i ni ddefnyddio ychydig o driciau?
En: "How about we use a few tricks?

Cy: Gallwn gynnig syfrdan llaeth, pethau defaid.
En: We can offer them surprise milk, sheep treats."

Cy: " Roedd Gareth yn crafu ei ben.
En: Gareth scratched his head.

Cy: "Hei, way.
En: "Hey, why not."

Cy: "Felly ymlaen fe aethon nhw gyda'r syniad newydd.
En: So they proceeded with the new idea.

Cy: Dechreuodd Gareth dynnu sylw'r defaid oddi wrth y llysiau gorau, gan gynnig llaeth defaid mewn bwcedi calonog.
En: Gareth began diverting the sheep's attention away from the best vegetables by offering sheep milk in enticing buckets.

Cy: Yn y cyfamser, roedd Carys wedi dod â thiwt a brân o fwyd defaid blasus.
En: Meanwhile, Carys had brought a flute and a bran of tasty sheep food.

Cy: Fe'u drosodd ar y casgen er gwynt, gan adolygu defaid heibio antebellum ardd.
En: She threw them on the barrel for their scent, inviting the sheep away from the garden.

Cy: Gorffennodd y plaid glyfar ar ôl sawl awr o'r strategaeth ddrama pleilec a chanu Carys, gan lwyddo i ail-osod defaid yn eu lle.
En: The clever plan finally worked after several hours of strategic play and Carys's music, successfully restoring the sheep to their place.

Cy: Roedd Gareth a Carys yn chwerthin erbyn hynny - tra bod y llu o ddefaid yn ddi-ofn.
En: Gareth and Carys were laughing by then—while the flock of sheep was oblivious.

Cy: Roedd y bywyd newydd yn syniad gan Carys, pennaeth syniad.
En: The new life was Carys's idea, the head idea.

Cy: Wrth edrych ar y defaid yn cysgodi o dan olau'r haul, roedd Gareth wedi dysgu gwers bwysig am ffermio - gall hiwmor a pheth hyblygrwydd wneud byd o wahaniaeth.
En: Looking at the sheep sheltering under the sunlight, Gareth had learned an important lesson about farming—humor and a bit of flexibility can make all the difference.

Cy: "Diolch i ti, Carys," meddai Gareth, yn dal eu troedynu.
En: "Thank you, Carys," said Gareth, holding their footing.

Cy: Roedd y fferm mewn trefn eto, ac roedd yr ardd dal yn dal i sgleinio - er roedd ambell garrot wedi dod i ben.
En: The farm was back in order, and the garden still shone—though a few carrots had met their end.

Cy: Roedd y gwanwyn yn golygu dechreuadau newydd, ond weithiau, mae'r stori dda ei hun yn troi'n ffeiddlinol.
En: Spring meant new beginnings, but sometimes, a good story turns whimsical.
