Use a pen and paper (or sit with the words silently), take calming breaths and gentle movements, then free-write about what you feel in your body, how events have impacted you, challenges and joys at home or work, one thing that gives you hope, and one concrete action you will take. Close with a heart-centered breath to carry hope forward.
