Hunter is the associate director of cannabinoid research at Canopy Growth Corporation, the largest cannabis producer in the world. Previously, Hunter was a global project manager at GW Pharmaceuticals and established its US clinical team. Dr. Silvia Pessah joins for this Holiday Special of The Green Peak, only on Cannabis Radio! Public Health Specialist Dr. Silvia Pessah, M.D. Former Minister of Health of Peru – Peruvian MD. Silvia graduated from Medical School at the University of La Plata, in Argentine; with a Master's degree in Public Health from the Peruvian University Cayetano Heredia; a Master's degree in Biomedical and Health Informatics from the University of Washington and Public Health training for specialization, in Israel. She worked in the Ministry of Health of Peru and Israel, with a broad vision of public health and cultural issues that involve the public health field. If the vision of medical doctors is to change individuals´ life; her vision as a public health professional is to change populations' life. With more than 25 years of experience in the public health arena, members of different Peruvian organizations, advisors of some private and government boards, a mix between been an academic and a public health worker. Brent Zettl, President and CEO of ZYUS joins us for this holiday special show! The Father of the Legal Cannabis Industry with Steve DeAngelo. Steve is a pioneering cannabis entrepreneur, activist, author, and on-screen personality. He co-founded several iconic cannabis businesses and organizations: Harborside, one of the first six dispensaries licensed in the US; Steep Hill Laboratory, the first dedicated cannabis lab; the Arc View Group, the first cannabis investment firm; and the National Cannabis Industry Association, the industry’s first trade association. He currently serves as Chairman Emeritus of Harborside Inc, a vertically integrated California cannabis company. He was a lead organizer and fundraiser for I-59, Washington DC’s medical cannabis initiative; and is most famous for his successful litigation against the Department of Justice, which halted DOJ’s last-ditch 2011 campaign to shut down California’s medical cannabis dispensaries. In recognition of these pioneering accomplishments, in 2015, former Speaker of the California Assembly and Mayor of San Francisco, the Hon. Willie L Brown called Steve the Father of the legal Cannabis Industry.

Joe currently sits on the board of directors of Fotmer Corporation S.A. dba Fotmer Life Sciences Uruguay, an Uruguayan licensed cannabis producer and exporter of medical-grade cannabis to legal markets around the world. Prior to founding CGH, Joe started a cannabis distribution and transportation company located in Northern California, brokering sales of input materials to cannabis product manufacturers. Joe has also successfully completed Level I and Level II of the Chartered Financial Analyst Program from the CFA Institute.
