Silvia graduated from Medical School at the University of La Plata, in Argentine; with a Master's degree in Public Health from the Peruvian University Cayetano Heredia; a Master's degree in Biomedical and Health Informatics from the University of Washington and Public Health training for specialization, in Israel. She worked in the Ministry of Health of Peru and Israel, with a broad vision of public health and cultural issues that involve the public health field. If the vision of medical doctors is to change individuals´ life; her vision as a public health professional is to change populations' life. With more than 25 years of experience in the public health arena, members of different Peruvian organizations, advisors of some private and government boards, a mix between been an academic and a public health worker. At this point in her life, she thinks that the goal was achieved, helping people to have significant life changes.

The Father of the Legal Cannabis Industry with Steve DeAngelo. Steve is a pioneering cannabis entrepreneur, activist, author, and on-screen personality. He co-founded several iconic cannabis businesses and organizations: Harborside, one of the first six dispensaries licensed in the US; Steep Hill Laboratory, the first dedicated cannabis lab; the Arc View Group, the first cannabis investment firm; and the National Cannabis Industry Association, the industry’s first trade association. He currently serves as Chairman Emeritus of Harborside Inc, a vertically integrated California cannabis company.

Srinivasa Reddy, COO/CSO of Leaf Cross Biomedical Inc has been actively involved in the cannabis industry for the past four years. He grew up in an environment where cannabis and other medicinal plants were grown for common health issues. The curiosity of impact of medicinal plants on human health lead him to finish two PhD level and two master level degrees in related to cancer research, controlled environmental agriculture, biotechnology, plant nutrient and metabolic nutrient engineering, photobiological engineering, plant tissue culture etc. After completing his education and prior to joining Leaf Cross he was CEO at Phytoteq Innovations, a controlled environmental agriculture science company bringing scientific innovations to commercial crops. He has acted in advisory and executive positions and as a strategic director for various companies related to his post-graduate studies at McGill University. The Leaf Cross objective is to provide contaminant free, high efficacy, low price plant-based biomedicine in a state-of-the-art environmentally-controlled facility.
