For our episode this week, Gage is taking us back to 1800’s West Virginia to discuss an absolutely chilling tale! The name “Greenbrier Ghost” was given to a woman named Elva Zona Heaster Shue. Zona was a beautiful young woman from Greenbrier county, WV.  in January of 1897, just 3 months after marrying a man named Edward “Trout” Shue, Zona would be found dead in her home. Initially, Zona’s cause of death would be ruled as a heart attack.  Days later, the ghost of Zona appeared to her mother to tell her that she was murdered by her husband.  Join us, as Gage tells us about the only known case in U.S history in which the testimony of a ghost was used in a murder trial!  Let us know what you think!
