Megan shares her difficulty in finding memories that are her own of her mum before her cancer diagnosis, she talks to us about the importance of finding happiness after grief and she tells us about how she navigates her own grief.

This episode is a little bit different as it is just the two of us having a chat and a laugh about all the good things you can do to support your grieving pals.
