Yes, we are indeed engaged! In this episode, Billy and Isabel tell the story of their recent engagement. Billy shares the one thing he regrets about the proposal and Isabel gives her honest opinion about how it all went. Thank you to everyone who listened to our podcast this year. In this episode, Billy and Isabel criticize Isabel's brother for his lack of participation in this year's fantasy football league. They then rate and review a new Las Vegas chicken joint, Angry Chickz. Lastly, they recap their recent "Mexican Thanksgiving" and debate what is considered to be proper holiday party etiquette. This debate came about because of a recent stunt Billy pulled at a friend's Christmas party. The story starts at the 36:30 mark in the episode. In this episode, Billy and Isabel discuss what can be expected at a Mexican Thanksgiving dinner. This year Billy will be making his first-ever Thanksgiving turkey and bringing it to Isabel's family for them to try it out. The couple also recaps the recent USA/Mexico World Cup qualifier game and the chaos that ensued afterward amongst themselves and Isabel's 9-year-old nephew. They then introduce a new segment to the podcast: "Gringo and his Girlfriend Rate Las Vegas." This week they rate and review The Front Yard, a new restaurant located at Ellis Island, just off the Las Vegas Strip. Lastly, we want to wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving!

The Gringo and his Girlfriend go off script! We have been gone for awhile but we are back with a new and unusual type of show. Due to Billy's procrastination, Isabel was not happy with the amount of prep time made available for this episode. This creates a little tension throughout the conversation and a complete dismissal of the outline. What's left is a sporadic, yet entertaining, conversation about a wide variety of topics that includes smelly old dogs, crying in baseball, painful waxing procedures, commitment issues, a bossy girlfriend, and working under pressure to achieve a goal.
