In 2005, Adrianne Reynolds moved from Texas to Moline, Illinois to be with her father and stepmother. She was 16 years old, and trying her best to navigate life. When Adrianne was enrolled into a local outreach program to obtain her GED, she would meet, and become best friends with the most popular girl in school. Sarah Kolb.
Things seemed great between Sarah and Adrianne at first, but things started going sour between the two rather quickly. Sarah was the controlling and possessive type, and was often described by her peers as someone you wouldn’t wanna piss off. Once Sarah realized that she couldn’t have Adrianne all to herself, she hatched a plan to commit one of the most savage and barbaric crimes that Illinois had ever seen.
