Ollie who is currently formulating two startups in the fitness industry, as well as using personal training to make ends meet and help people to accomplish their fitness goals has turned his pain into his purpose and in this episode, he shares how he did it, and the challenges he has faced on his journey.

Overtime human beings have mistaken comfort with happiness, which has resulted in our pain thresholds being lowered and has had an impact on all of our mental wellbeing.
Fitness and regular exercise are some of the number one ways to release stress, clear your mind, and help to overcome any mental wellbeing challenges that you are facing. One of the challenges is that people are fearful of going to the gym or doing exercise in case they do it wrong, are beginners, and may not look the part. Getting an accountability partner is one great way to start to overcome this.
Through life, things happen that don't go according to plan or that suck but its how you interpret it and bounce back from it that truly matters.
It's your moral obligation to the world and to yourself to be the best person that you can be.
