Are you spending too much time on a task that does not actually need the allotted time for that particular task?

The 10,000 hours rule is explained in Malcolm Gladwell's book called Outliers, started running in my head when i thought i was not as good at it as people in the industry.

So we should not compare our Step 1 with someone's step 10. we are all in different walks of life and we need to focus on improving ourselves or our skills one step at a time.

Go check out the Book from Will Smith, I am yet to listen to it completely, but the chapter in which he learns that we need to focus on the input rather than out is the first chapter and I really liked it!
