We are in the world where everything is engineered to grab your attention and get you! how can you beat the things such as social media like TikTok which is insanely addictive, I have sent over 3 hrs just today on TikTok which is shocking and scary!

Do you know how many ads we are firehosed with every single day? That's one of the reasons we tend not to take too much time to just scroll off to the next cat video or next dancing video.
