The meat of the Big Ten basketball schedule is here and before Kevin and Troy take a look at the Big Ten standings as they currently stand, the duo go over the current AP Top 25. Ohio State made a big jump up to No. 13 in the country and four Big Ten teams remain in the top 25.

The youngster and old man then get into the Big Ten standings and start figuring out which teams are truly in trouble and which need to just get its act in gear in order to make the NCAA Tournament. Before long, Kevin and Troy realize that there are a lot of teams in the Big Ten that need to make serious pushes just to become bubble teams once March rolls around.

The youngster and old man talk about the week ahead – including key games – but if certain contests don’t get one way in particular, the amount of Big Ten teams making the NCAA Tournament could slowly be dwindling and we’re only in the month of January.
