11:30-21:36- Guy returns with a continuation on the Hunter Biden Case. Guy also shares the case of non-violent felons that is in the Supreme Court. Guy shares the argument that Biden could take. What could this case mean for other non-violent felons.

32:37-33:29- Guy previews the next segment on Biden’s gun control bill.

33:29-46:11- Guy kicks off hour two with President Joe Biden’s and the ATF’s proposed bill. How does it compare to the Bump Stock ban during the Trump administration? The new rule would force unlicensed dealers to do background checks. Guy takes listener’s calls involving the sale of unlicensed dealers.

46:11-54:18- Guy continues taking listeners phone calls. One listener wants to know if Hunter Biden could use the 5th Amendment Defense for self-incrimination in his gun case. Another listener calls in asking about the Missouri Senate Bill 727 which would reclassify home schools as schools, thus banning guns from them.  

54:18-1:06:14- Guy returns to continue his discussion on the supposed “Gun Show Loophole” that President Biden wants to end. Guy shares how the federal government has had this power for decades but has never enforced it. Guy shares that online gun sites are heavily monitored. How do Chicago Crime Scenes play into the bill?

Guy kicks things off by talking about Jefferson Shreve running as one of the Republican candidates for Indiana’s 6th Congressional District. Shreve currently claims he is trying to protect the Second Amendment, but he was not trying to protect it when he was running for Indianapolis mayor. The NRA has also given him an ‘F’ rating for his updated NRA rating. However, it is also an integrity issue with Shreve. Continuing on with the show, we have Gordon Gomila of Indiana Gun Club joining the show. We also take calls from listeners and answer their questions.
