Guy Relford returns to the 93 WIBC studios for another edition of "The Gun Guy". It's an unfortunate fact that too many people are sued after using justifiable lethal self-defense. Guy talks about how his client Kystie Phillips was sued in 2019 after she used a gun to save the life of an officer. As a result, Guy wrote a bill that he helped pass that same year that not only provides immunity to those who use legal lethal self-defense, it also provides a deterrent to future frivolous lawsuits as the law states that the loser pays the legal fees of those they sue. As always Guy takes calls from the listeners.

Hunter's attorney says that the charges are politically motivated by the "MAGA Crazies". Caller asks what kind of firearm is best to defend against a grizzly bear. Gavin Newsome calls for a Convention of the states to amend the 2nd amendment. As Guy predicted, New Mexico's Governor move to restrict firearms in Alburquerque was ruled unconstitutional. She like other Democrat politician has since moved to ban firearms from "sensitive" areas.
