Michele oversees the development plans and ideas to bring in and execute new and exciting events to the Haslam Sports Group venues which include Historic Crew Stadium, Lower.com Field, and First Energy Stadium.
Prior to joining the Haslam Sports Group in April 2021, Michele was the Sr. VP & General Manager of Capital One Arena in Washington D.C. working with the Capitals, Georgetown University, Mystics, Wizards and all other arena events. She also spent time with Feld Entertainment and the Washington Wizards, prior to the creation of Monumental Sports & Entertainment.
Michele was also a four-year letter-winner in Track and Field at the University of Oregon, where she earned her degree in Sports Marketing.

In her current role, Jessica plays a key role in the overall operations with a focus on student athlete services, compliance, special projects, and strategic plans.
In addition to her work with the Owls, Jessica has worked at Clemson University, the University of Miami, the University of Central Florida, and Florida International University. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University, Master’s degree from the University of Central Florida, and has begin her Ph.D. at FSU.

In his current role, Dane combines his love for video and sport by providing coaches and players everything they need from a practice and game video standpoint to help them perform at the highest level.
In addition to his work with the Dolphins, Dane has worked with the Cleveland Gladiators, Ohio State University, Cleveland Browns, DV Sport, and University of Illinois, and also earned his Bachelors degree from Baldwin Wallace University.

In addition to his role as the Associate Athletic Director at the IMG Academy, Jason has a served as the Baseball Operations Coordinator, Head JV Coach, Head Baseball Coach and Player Development Lead, Baseball Student-Athlete Advisor, and a Sales Outreach Manager and been with IMG since August 2007 and is a Baldwin Wallace University Alum – Go Jackets!

In addition to his work with the Titans, Cole has worked for the Miami Heat and Harris Blitzer Sports Entertainment/New Jersey Devils, interned for the Washington Wild Things and the Pro Football Hall of Fame, worked Super Bowl XLVIII, XLIV, L, and LI and the 2017 CFP National Championship Game, and earned his degree in Sport Management from Baldwin Wallace University.
Episode 37 of The Guys in the Cheap Seats with Charles Campisi features Hudl Support Manager Justin Herrin-Knapp. In his current role, Justin helps teams navigate and get the most out of the various Hudl platform services and supervises a staff that does the same. Justin has been promoted twice since starting at Hudl, where he began as a Support Specialist in June 2018 before moving to a Product Consultant and then into his current Support Manager role in April 2020.
In addition to his work with the Hudl, Justin has worked with the Cleveland Indians, Integrated Sports Marketing, Cleveland Browns, and ESPN Cleveland, participated in the events in and around Super Bowl 50 & LI, is also an assistant coach/video coordinator at Nebraska Wesleyan University Men’s Soccer and earned his degree in Sport Management from Baldwin Wallace University.
Episode 36 of The Guys in the Cheap Seats with Charles Campisi features Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation Event Sales/Communications Manager Paul Utterback. In his current role, Utterback helps manage events, volunteers, and communications for the Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation and its events. Paul has been involved with the Super Bowl, Final Fours, College Football Playoff National Championships, among other events. Paul is driven to help fledgling professionals gain a foothold in the industry and has designed programs to increase their opportunities at major events.
In addition to his work with the Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation, Paul has worked with the New Orleans Pelicans and Crescent City Classic and earned his degree in Sport Studies from Mississippi State University.
Episode 35 of The Guys in the Cheap Seats with Charles Campisi features sport industry professional Zach Mayer. Zach is currently working as a consultant for professional and collegiate sports teams and leagues on matters of ticketing and season-ticket holder and donor relations. Most recently, he was the Director of Client Services for Sporting Kansas City.

In her current role, Urban is overseeing the recruitment, training, and management of the over 10,000 ambassadors who will volunteer their time to help make the events in and around Super Bowl LV in Tampa a success.
In addition to her working with the Tampa Bay Super Bowl LV Host Committee, Urban has worked for EY, the University of South Florida, Visit Tampa Bay, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Urban earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Akron.
