Episode 2 of The Guys in the Cheap Seats with Charles Campisi features Dr. Jesse Jones and Dr. Lori Long of Baldwin University. They are here to talk about the new Hospitality and Tourism major launching in Fall 2019 at Baldwin Wallace University.
Dr. Long is the Chair of the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship and a professor of management. At Baldwin Wallace she instructs courses in management, ethics, human resources and entrepreneurship. Lori is also a Faculty Fellow in the Center for Innovation and Growth. Lori is also the President of LK Consulting LLC, a management consulting firm specializing in working with small and start-up firms.
Dr. Jones is the co-founder of Adventure University, a partnership between Baldwin Wallace University and the Cleveland Metroparks, and has worked in the hospitality industry for several years, including stints in the ski industry in Park City, UT, as an outdoor adventure guiding in Jackson Hole, WY, and as a Japanese Travel and Tour Guiding. He was also a logistics coordinator for Jet Set Sports during the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, Utah.
