In episode 14, I break down what it looks like to listen to your intuition and how you can do it in your own life. Doing so is definitely a skill that takes practice and the good news is that you can start today! There is no end goal to shoot for or accomplishment to work towards, simply building regularity is what matters most. Listening to your intuition can be as simple as no longer ignoring your basic human needs but it can also be as exciting as talking to a stranger or attending a health retreat! The content for this episode popped into my life one night, completely unplanned and might be a channeled message from higher realms! I'll let you be the judge. In this episode we discuss the ways that social media can creep into our lives and distract us from the discomfort of boredom.

Wow, this episode is packed full of power information dispelling our society's love of scents & fragrances. I share about my journey growing up using these types of products and why I quit only just a few years ago. I did lots of research before recording and all of my sources are listed below if you are interested in learning even more. I was truly shocked with what I've found and I think you will be too! Just because a product is legally allowed to be sold in stores doesn't mean it is safe for human use. This is a huge pill to swallow but knowledge is power and there is no better day than today to start making changes!

We've all been coached at some point in our lives. It may have been by a family member or friend, a teacher or mentor, or maybe you've hired an actual coach and learned from them as a part of your wellness journey. BUT have you ever considered what it is like to actually be a coach and to go through a health coach training program? To be honest, it can be a lot of fun and super life-changing if you pick the right program!

In this episode I share about my experience going through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition's health coach training program in 2017 and why I recommend it still today. I also touch on the different diets they highlight, how they prepare you for working with actual human clients, and how it feels to connect with other future-coaches in the program around being a role model of health and happiness in your community.

Because, I don't know about you, but when I'm not feeling zesty in the morning it is hard to find the fire to keep chipping away at my goals and dreams!
