Here at the Hangar, we encourage men to subject themselves to feedback regularly. One way in which we do so is by asking those who are closest to us how they observe us from time to time. Put more simply: "What is it like to live with me?" Today, Austin is joined on the podcast by his wife, Kaitlyn, to discuss that very question. Our organization combats isolation on multiple fronts, but perhaps the most effective tool in our arsenal is our many SEAL Teams.

SEAL Teams are essentially the men closest to you that you sit, eat, argue, and laugh with. They are both friends and family.
