We get to know Eline and how she choose coffee as a career over corporate life. She explains what it's like being a woman in coffee for her and why she started the She Brews Collective together with some incredible women in Vienna.

Eline also tells about her World Brewerscup experience and how impostor syndrome played a part in that - and how she deals with it on a daily basis.

Fabricio grew up among the coffee trees. We talk about the biggest challenges Brazilian producers face, like finding the right people to hire and the impact of climate change.

Through his work for Sancoffee, Fabrício tries to emphasize the larger social impact of working in coffee production, to look at it from a bigger perspective then simply a transactional one.
