LB is someone I've wanted on the poddy to chat for a while now & it seemed only right to chuck him in during MOVEMBER! LB joins me to discuss artistry & music, taking off in the music scene, being a Polynesian in New Zealand and learning to be vulnerable and open on his mental health journey!! Just like last week we also touch on the values of using therapy & looking at Mental Health from a male perspective. LB is one of the coolest dudes and I feel blessed to have him and a friend and very lucky for him to share his inspirational journey in all things life. Definitely a good listen.
