Today is a special day, my first interview! After spending the first few months of having this podcast developing my own voice, sharing personal insights, and getting used to being on the mic, I am so excited to start bringing new and fresh voices to this platform. It is such an honor to be able to sit down with such unique, knowledgable, intelligent, and interesting people and have real conversations about things that matter to us. As I've said before, I'm really trying to get out of the way and just be a vessel for whatever this podcast is meant to become, and I know these amazing guests will be a huge part of that.
With that being said, today I have my friend Noelle Cegielski as my very first guest and I am so grateful for her time and to be able to share this conversation with you! As we'll get into on the episode, Noelle and I went to high school together and danced on the poms team! Over the last 10 years, we have ended up in very similar fields, her being a Registered Dietician and Chef and me being a Health Coach. In this conversation we discuss her journey with food, health, and career and how she has gotten to where she is now. We get into her thoughts on wellness trends, how she works with patients, her approach to food and diet, how she aims to educate in the health space, her current foodie obsessions, and more! I am so thrilled to have her and share this with you, and please give her a follow on IG @elleshealthyeats and get in touch with her there if you have any questions for her!
As usual you can find me on IG @TheHarmonyExperiment, at TheHarmonyExperiment.com, and you can email me at [email protected] We would love for you to join the conversation and let us know your thoughts so please get in touch and if you feel so inclined, like, share, rate, review, and subscribe! Much love and have a beautiful week!
My loves! I'm so glad you're here today and today we're chatting about how to accept and embrace yourself and your circumstances no matter what phase of life you're in. I've noticed that many of us are going through a lot of changes and a lot of unknowns and it can bring up so many different emotions. I just want to be a voice for the fact that we all struggle in some way or another, perfection doesn't exist, and growth takes time! How do we continue to take steps forward even when it feels like nothing is happening? I'd love for you to join the conversation so please get in touch on IG @TheHarmonyExperiment , at TheHarmonyExperiment.com, and/or email me at [email protected]. Much love!
Hello beautiful friends, thank you for tuning in today! Today we're having a chat about turning your focus to your habits and systems, everyday tiny choices that grow upon each other and become who you are. I argue that this is more important than focusing on big achievements, because inevitably, the correct and aligned habits will result in the goal. I'd love to hear your thoughts so join me at TheHarmonyExperiment.com or on IG @TheHarmonyExperiment! Much love <3
Hey friends! Welcome back to the show and thank you for being here. Today I am discussing various health, wellness, fitness, and nutrition trends and my thoughts on them. What it really comes down to is doing your own research, thinking for yourself, trying different things at different phases of life, allowing a bit of flexibility, and seeing what works for you. Seeing what is going to be sustainable long term rather than seeking a quick fix. I am excited to dive into this topic and please reach out to me to keep the conversation going on IG @_margarethobson_ or at TheHarmonyExperiment.com or in person. Much love!
Hey fam! I'm so happy to be back after a little break and thank you so much for being here with me. Today I'm giving you a little update on where I've been and how I've utilized some time off as well as a bit of my health history and health journey. Beyond that, the bulk of the episode will be me sharing with you some of the health habits that have changed my life over the years. Changes I've made and habits I've sustained along my journey that have made the biggest difference. Some of them may be obvious and some of them may be a bit unexpected, but either way, I hope you get something out of this episode and I would love to hear about some of the habits and changes that have impacted you in a positive way on your journey as well! And remember-my journey is going to be different than yours and we all have different bodies with different needs. The numbers and details are not so relevant as just the focus on creating healthy habits that work for you :) Please rate, review, subscribe, and share if you feel so inclined and I'll talk to you soon!

Lately I've been really called to the idea of minimalism and slow living. Taking a step back and allowing for space. Although I'm nowhere near a minimalist, I'm inspired by this way of living and want to move toward clearing out the junk and accumulating less. Slowing the pace. I hope you enjoy my rambles on this topic where I dive deep into why it might be worth exploring slowing down and how to start. I'd love to hear from you so please visit me on IG @_margarethobson_ or at TheHarmonyExperiment.com. Much love!
Hey hey! Thank you for being here and welcome back to The Harmony Experiment Podcast. If you listened to my last episode, we chatted about what true health means to me. More and more, I am coming back to the basics, back to the main elements of mind, body, and spirit that make up our health. This is reminding me that although it is not always easy, it truly is simple. In this episode I am chatting about what I have found to be the most important pillars of health and how to examine them and make adjustments and improvements. We talk food, relationships, rest, creativity, and everything in between. I hope you enjoy! I would love to continue the conversation and hear what creates health in your life. Oh hey! Thank you so much for being here. I'm going to give it to you straight and keep it simple so you can get to listening. I'm coming straight from the heart in this episode without much planning to have a soul chat about what health means to me. Real, sustainable health. There is so much under this umbrella, but I wanted to start the conversation around truly what health means in the midst of the rise of an interest in health especially on social media. What at the core does it mean to be well? Please join the conversation and find me on instagram @_margarethobson_ and at TheHarmonyExperiment.com If you feel so inclined, please rate, review, subscribe, and share if it resonates with you. Much love!
Beautiful people! I am so glad you are here. Thank you for spending this time with me and joining the conversation. This episode is really special to me. This is a straight from the heart riff on how I found my confidence and how I built trust in myself to ultimately drastically reduce my level of worry and fear about life because I knew I could handle anything that came my way. I trusted I can respond to life in an empowering way. How I came to trust that whatever is unfolding is happening on purpose. That my contribution is important, and so is yours my love. If you are so inclined please subscribe, share, rate and review, and join me over on instagram at @_margarethobson_ or at TheHarmonyExperiment.com. Much love!!
