In this episode, we are excited to have Chad Merrell, Lead Pastor of North Rock Hill Church, as our guest to talk about marriage. Chad will be leading our Stronger Marriage Conference on February 17th and 18th, 2023.

God gave us each time, talents, treasures, and influence to use so others can know Him.

By being our best physical self, we are better prepared to serve God and others well. Similar to stewardship of our material possessions, we should be good stewards of our physical body in fulfilling the Great Commission.

Corporate Fasting

Common Kinds of Fasting

FULL FAST - Drink only liquids (you establish the number of days).

THE DANIEL FAST - Eat no meat, no sweets, and no bread. Drink water and juice. Eat fruits and vegetables.

PARTIAL FAST - A partial fast is from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm or from sunup to sundown. You can select from three types of fasting — a Full Fast, Daniel Fast, or give up at least one item of food.
